Metropolis Mumbai Achievements
- Metropolis Mumbai is located in Mumbai near International Airport
- We onboarded the hotel in Mid Feb 2022 where we first had the challenge of getting the management changed on all Portals
- The hotel team was not equipped with proper PMS and RMS tool, all the integrations and Training was done by HM
- Within 3 months of Performance the hotel was doing Highest Room Nights in Andheri Airport region
- We maintained a record of 100% occupancy in Oct, April and May

- The hotel has seen an average of 20 to 25% growth every month
- Also the ARR was raised from 2400 to 3500 and currently doing 3800 to 4000
Sai Jashan Achievements
- Hotel Sai Jashan is located in Shirdi and is with HM since 2016.
- Initially the hotel was suffering to do business, once we roped in, we managed to increase their online Business.
- Initially the property was doing an ARR of 1200 to 1500, and now we are doing 2500 to 2800
- Hotel Sai Jashan Shirdi is top ranked on Tripadvisor in Shirdi from last many years
- Hotel hold the record of bagging the Travellers choice award on Tripadvisor consecutively from last 7 years
- The Hotel is Top Performer in terms of Room Nights and Revenue on all the OTA’s
- Besides that every year the hotel gets award from Booking.com and Expedia for their excellent Performance on OTA’s.
